Fantasy is the topless dance show at The Luxor. The women were very pretty and sexy, and many of them looked better on stage then they did in their publicity shots. There was some "body by Corning" for sure, but it was tastefully done, and many of the girls appeared to be "factory original". The group dancing was almost up to the modern american standard set by Janet Jackson, Back Street Boys, and NBA Cheerleaders. The solo dancing was not quite up to La Femme's classically-trained best, but the unabashed sexiness helped, and the girls were obviously not untrained slouches on the dance floor. You could occasionally see the girls looking down for their marks or catching up to each other after they got out-of-sync, but overall effect was good. Oddly enough, there were a couple of numbers where no boobs showed up at all, and they were no less entertaining or sexy. I think that speaks well of the show's production team and dancers There was no lip-syncing. One of the girls is a decent singer, and sang most of the lyrical numbers live on stage. She wasn't half-bad looking either, which helped when she couldn't quite reach a high note. The audience was about 30% female, most of them were there with a guy. I didn't see anyone leave dissapointed, and I know I had a lot of fun here. I'd highly suggest this show to just about anyone who wanted to see a "vegas" show. One interesting moment onstage: two girls are dancing, one does a bit and then watches the other one dance on the other side of the stage. One blonde is in a low crouch right in front of me (front row, 2 seats from center!), watching the other one dance. I dont' see what the dancer did, but the girl near me clearly called her a "fucking bitch!". This was a good show, well worth the ticket price, and well worth the time to see it. |
